How billing works
US & Canada calling only right now. International routes are temporarily down.
- One flat rate per destination, matched by longest prefix. No peak/off-peak games, no tiers.
- Billed in 6-second increments. Short calls bill as short calls — nothing is rounded up to the next full minute.
- Rated the moment a call ends, deducted from your prepaid wallet. Every call writes a CDR with the exact rate and cost applied.
- Calls we can't route are never charged. Premium-rate and fraud-prone destinations are blocked by default.
We don't publish our rate deck — it's visible in full inside your dashboard after signup, and it's the same deck that bills your traffic. What you see there is what you pay.
